With our flagship headquarters located in San Diego, ScaleMatrix is committed to staying involved in the community. This past weekend’s Targa Trophy experience provided the perfect opportunity to be a part of the local community while having a ton of fun at the same time.
Over the past weekend, ScaleMatrix participated in the Targa Trophy Rally event. The 2012 San Diego event is a newly formatted driving rally, which provides participants a safe and exhilarating opportunity to cruise some of the best roads through some of the most high profile areas in San Diego. As always, the rally driver’s objectives are to complete a custom-routed path along some of the most scenic backdrops in the San Diego region.
Driver, Paul Marble and Navigator, James Heller, participated in the event, proving the point that “us data center guys” know how to have a little fun on the weekend. ScaleMatrix finished in second place, out of over 120 rally competitors and came remarkably close to the first place prize.
At ScaleMatrix, speed, tact, and precision are key characteristics to providing our clients with cutting edge Data Center services. We are glad that the ScaleMatrix rally participants were able to leverage those same skill sets to garner the 2nd place finish!
