Responsibilities

Manage and control the continuous release and maintenance cycles (manually short-term, through automation long-term) including the following environments: specification, design, migration, engineering, quality assurance, training, sales, user acceptance testing, staging and production. Education Requirements

The Systems Engineer (SSE) is responsible for coordinating system development tasks for ScaleMatrix to include design, integration and formal testing. SSE oversees all transitions into production for ScaleMatrix clients and customers. Develop and complete actions in system specifications, technical and logistical requirements and other disciplines. SSE will create and maintain programmatic and technical documentation to ensure efficient planning and execution. Manage and document system configurations.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science, MIS or technical discipline.
• 4+ year’s experience supporting complex networks with Microsoft servers, Cisco firewalls, VMWare, HTTP/S, TCP/IP, Active Directory, MS Exchange, MS Terminal Services, DNS services, spam filters, and VPN management.
• 3+ year’s experience in managing Microsoft-centric web deployments with clustering technologies
• 4+ year’s experience supporting enterprise class applications in production environments.

• Strong coordination, organization, teaming and communication abilities.
• Works well individually or in a group setting.
• Can communicate expertly with all levels of internal and external customers.
• Effectively directs employees.

Security, Safety and Loss Prevention (SSL) reports directly to the Supervisor of Safety, Security & Loss Prevention. The SSL will be responsible for assisting Head of Security in maintaining a safe and secure work environment.

Responsibilities

• Enforce all ScaleMatrix security, safety, and loss prevention policies and procedures.
• Maintain constant awareness of all occupants in the facility, including employees and visitors.
• Respond to calls in timely manner
• Issue ID cards and log as required
• Check in visitors at front desk.
• Escort clients/customers/visitors.
• Patrol inside and outside of facility.
• Report observations.
• Prevent and/or stop theft of ScaleMatrix property.
• Perform alarm system monitoring/testing.
• Unlocking/locking duties
• Ensure all employees and visitors adhere to Injury and Illness Prevention.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation.
• Excellent writing skills
• Availability on weekends and holidays.
• Availability for late night or early morning shifts.
• General computer knowledge.
