Service Assurance and Commitment During COVID-19

ScaleMatrix is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace for our employees, and as a 24/7/365 service provider, we are committed to doing the same for those who visit our facilities and depend on our service offerings. As such, we are closely monitoring the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak and regularly adjusting policy and responses according to the guidelines and recommendations of the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention). We want to share with you the actions being taken to help protect our employees, clients, and the critical services we deliver.

Enhanced Cleaning and Client Access

In addition to existing cleaning programs, ScaleMatrix has introduced enhanced cleaning services to keep offices, data centers, and critical security access points clean. Hourly cleaning schedules for all security devices, common areas, and entrance/egress locations have been rolled out, with new cleaning stations available to staff and clients alike throughout our facilities. Additionally, hand sanitation stations have been moved into high-traffic areas.

Clients accessing ScaleMatrix Data Centers will be asked a series of questions prior to being granted access, in order to mitigate a variety of risk scenarios. This is being done to ensure the well-being of everyone who works in and visits our data centers around the country.

We kindly request that if you are not feeling well, please reschedule your visit for when you are feeling better for the safety of our team and other clients.

ScaleMatrix offers one of the most inclusive Remote-Hands policies in the industry, and our Support Operations Center (SOC) stands ready to support client requests, should visiting the data center in person be made more difficult or impractical due to the COVID-19 outbreak.

For our clients needing access to data center or support services, ScaleMatrix is maintaining regular business hours to support all operations.

ScaleMatrix Employees and Business Continuity

ScaleMatrix has rolled out a comprehensive COVID-19 Action Plan for all employees and facilities, and have mandated that all employees follow the public health authorities' guidance regarding hygiene and personal travel. In addition, we’ve reinforced the existing ScaleMatrix policy requiring employees who exhibit flu-like symptoms to stay home and consult with a medical professional. We’ve limited or eliminated business travel and restricted non-essential movement within our facilities as well. We have implemented a multi-shift protocol to ensure continuity of service for all departments throughout the organization, and we have moved all non-emergency business interactions to virtual meeting platforms. Work from home and other measures have been implemented as well, in an effort to ensure the continued and uninterrupted support of key ScaleMatrix services, and the health of our employees and clients.
